General definitions

The Company means the person or group that operates the Affiliate Program and owns the rights associated with the Melbet brand. Company Resources include the websites and mobile applications used to provide betting services, while Company Products are the services offered through those resources.

The Affiliate Program is the commercial relationship under which an approved webmaster or legal entity promotes Company Products through its own resources and may receive Commission for qualifying New Users. An Affiliate Account is the personal program account assigned to that Affiliate.

  • A New User is a person who was not previously registered, follows an Affiliate referral, registers and makes a first deposit.
  • A Referral Link contains the Affiliate’s unique program identifier.
  • Commission is the agreed monetary share of profit generated by qualifying referred users; a Payout is its transfer through an external payment method.
  • Advertising Materials include promotional text, graphics, audio, video and other approved creative assets.
  • Fraudulent Traffic includes dishonest or illegal acquisition methods, fake activity, attribution manipulation, stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, collusion, false accounts, concealed device location, software exploitation and other criminal or deceptive conduct.
02

1. General provisions

An Affiliate must read and accept the program rules before beginning cooperation. The Affiliate is responsible for protecting account credentials and personal data, and the Company may refuse cooperation without being required to explain its decision.

The Company may revise the agreement by publishing an updated version. Changes take effect when posted, and continued participation signifies acceptance. The Affiliate must monitor the current version regularly.

  • Only one Affiliate Program registration is permitted for each Affiliate.
  • Re-registration, including registration as a sub-affiliate, is prohibited.
03

2. Advertising materials

Cooperation involves placement of Advertising Materials on Affiliate Resources. All distribution must comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Only Company-approved materials may be used; self-produced materials require prior written approval.

Materials must remain accurate and current. Incorrect promotion details, outdated creatives, obsolete logos or placements that associate the Company with competitor links are prohibited.

  • A non-compliant placement may result in a warning and a five-business-day replacement period.
  • Payouts may be suspended until outdated or non-compliant assets are replaced.
  • Repeated violations may lead to termination without payment of accrued Commission.
04

3. Affiliate resources

Registration information must accurately describe all resources used for promotion. The Affiliate remains solely responsible for their operation, content, design and legal compliance.

Affiliate Resources must not contain unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, defamatory or politically sensitive material, or otherwise infringe the rights of the Company or third parties. The Company is not required to pre-approve or continuously monitor those resources.

05

4. Intellectual property

For the agreement term, the Affiliate receives a limited, free and non-exclusive right to use Company intellectual property supplied for approved program activity. Ownership remains with the Company.

Exclusive rights in advertising materials produced for the Company as part of the cooperation transfer to the Company when created, and payment for that transfer is included in Commission.

  • Affiliates must not copy Company or Brand resource design or imply that an Affiliate Resource is managed by the Company.
  • Company logos, graphics and marketing assets may be used only with approval or when supplied through the program.
  • Brand names or confusingly similar terms must not be used in Affiliate domains, internal page addresses, applications, search advertising, keywords or meta identifiers.
  • Social pages, apps and websites must not be presented in a way that users could mistake for official Company properties.
06

5. Prohibited actions

Affiliates act in their own name and may not represent themselves as Company administrators, managers or employees. Promotion must not compete with Company campaigns or use methods that mislead potential customers.

  • Unsolicited bulk email, Brand-referencing contextual advertising, clickunders and popunders are prohibited.
  • Registration or deposit incentives require prior written approval, except for standard Company programs.
  • An Affiliate may not use its own Referral Link for a personal player account or coordinate such activity with others.
  • Cookie stuffing, invisible iframes, hidden scripts and comparable attribution manipulation are prohibited.
  • Fraudulent Traffic can lead to revised terms, withheld Commission and closure of the Affiliate Account.
07

6. Confidential information

Business, operational, technical and payment information made available during cooperation must be used only for the agreement. It may not be disclosed to third parties without written approval.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination. A breach may result in termination and remedies available under applicable law.

08

7. Commission

Commission is not fixed: it depends on Company income from referred New Users and on traffic quality. Unless a different rate is agreed in writing, a new Affiliate starts at 25% of the Company’s net profit from qualifying referred users.

If the Affiliate does not deliver at least three New Active Customers in three consecutive calendar months, the Company may revise the commercial terms, reduce Commission, suspend the account or terminate the agreement.

  • The Company may investigate suspected Fraudulent Traffic for up to 90 days and suspend payouts during review.
  • Income attributed to fraudulent activity is excluded from Commission calculations.
  • Previously paid amounts connected to Fraudulent Traffic may be deducted from future Commission.
09

8. Commission payouts

Payouts are scheduled weekly on Tuesday for the previous Monday-to-Sunday period. Payment details must first be agreed with a Company Manager.

  • Commission must exceed USD 30 and the Affiliate must have attracted more than four New Users.
  • Only fully settled events are included; amounts related to unsettled events are carried forward until settlement.
  • When a payout condition is not met, the balance, including any negative balance, moves to the next period.
  • Payouts may be withheld during technical failures or compliance verification.
  • The Company calculates and pays Commission in the currency in which the relevant referred-user income was received.
10

9. Liability of the parties

The Affiliate is solely responsible for Affiliate Resources and must reimburse losses, including legal costs, caused by third-party claims resulting from an Affiliate breach. The Company may terminate the agreement without paying accrued Commission when the Affiliate violates the agreement or applicable law.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted program operation, legal suitability for a particular Affiliate purpose or any specific Commission amount. It is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, reputational damage, credential loss or third-party claims caused by Affiliate activity.

  • Company liability for agreement-related claims is limited to the Commission paid in the month preceding the claim.
  • Any deviation from the published agreement is valid only in a separate written document signed by duly authorized representatives.
11

10. Dispute resolution and acceptance

Disputes should first be addressed through negotiation. A detailed written complaint may be sent to the Affiliate Program support address. A complaint may be rejected when it lacks evidence of compliance or contains abusive language, threats or false accusations.

The stated review period is fourteen business days. The Company’s decision is final under the public agreement. Registration in the Affiliate Program confirms acceptance, so every Affiliate must review the agreement before registering.
