1. Privacy
Melbet is committed to protecting personal information and explaining what is collected, why it is collected and how it is used. The policy forms an agreement between the user and Melbet and should be reviewed regularly.

2. Consent and data-subject rights
Processing based on consent begins after a freely given, informed, explicit and unambiguous indication of the user’s wishes. Consent may be documented in writing or inferred from clear actions establishing a relationship with Melbet, such as registration, transactions and use of betting services.
- Written consent may identify the subject or representative, purposes, data categories, authorized processors, processing actions, duration, withdrawal method and signature.
- Consent is not required when processing is necessary under law, for court decisions, vital interests, legitimate interests that do not override individual rights, anonymized research, public data or mandatory disclosure.
- Requests to withdraw consent, access, correct, block or erase data are handled in accordance with applicable data-protection rules, including GDPR standards where relevant.
3. Information collected
Melbet may collect information that identifies a user when an account is created, services are used or support is contacted. Data is stored and processed according to applicable local requirements.
- Identity and contact details, date of birth, telephone number and email address.
- Residential or postal address and geographic information.
- Payment details, transaction history and account activity.
- Service preferences and user feedback.
- Technical and traffic data including IP address, access dates and times, visited pages, language, browser type and crash reports.
4. Collection and processing methods
Information may be collected automatically, provided voluntarily through Melbet services and communications, or received lawfully from service providers and suppliers. Technical, account and transaction providers may process data needed to deliver their services.
Information obtained through those providers is handled under this policy and disclosed outside the Company only when the policy or applicable law permits it.
5. Use of data
Personal information is used to operate services, support users, maintain security, verify identity, process transactions, administer promotions and deliver other functions connected with gaming services.
- Data may be shared with carefully selected partners where necessary for service delivery or an arrangement involving the user.
- Contact information may be used for product, service and selected partner promotions, subject to available opt-out rights.
- Survey participation is voluntary; requested information may include contact, location and age data.
- Where lawful, accepting a promotional prize may permit use of the winner’s name for publicity without additional payment.
6. Information disclosure
Melbet does not disclose personal information to unrelated organizations or individuals without consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law or is reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, users or the public.
- Suspected game manipulation, payment fraud, stolen instruments, chargebacks, prohibited transactions or money laundering may be reported to banks, payment providers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other gaming operators.
- Information may also be provided to appropriate institutions for public research relating to addiction prevention.
7. Access, correction and marketing choices
Users can opt out of promotional communications through account settings, an unsubscribe mechanism or Customer Services. They may also ask what information is held, where it came from, whether it is accurate, request an update or raise a complaint about its use.
Identity and the need for a requested correction may have to be verified. Information is not retained where applicable law requires its removal or disclosure.
9. Electronic service providers
Third-party payment systems may be used to send and receive funds. The personal information necessary to complete those transactions may be transferred to those providers, including across national borders when required.
Melbet takes measures intended to protect privacy when third-party payment systems are used.
10. Security reviews
Melbet may review registration details, financial transactions and service use to confirm compliance with terms and applicable law. Verification may involve third-party databases, credit information and transfer of the information needed to validate a user’s identity.
11. Security
Melbet applies technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Directly received data is stored in protected systems, and subsidiaries, agents, partners and suppliers are expected to maintain appropriate measures.
Internet transmission is not completely secure. Users send data at their own risk, although protective procedures apply once the information is received.
12. Protection of minors
Services are not intended for anyone under 18 or below the lawful gambling age in the relevant jurisdiction. Providing information through the services represents that the user meets the applicable age requirement.
If Melbet learns that a minor has attempted to provide personal information, the information will not be accepted and steps will be taken to remove it from records.
13. International transfers
Personal information may be stored or processed in countries where Melbet, its affiliates, suppliers, partners or agents provide services. Use of the services may involve transfer outside the user’s country, including to jurisdictions with different data-protection standards.
Melbet requires relevant service participants to follow its privacy standards regardless of location.
14. Third-party relationships
Melbet cannot control information submitted to independently operated third-party websites or services, even when they link to Melbet or participate in an affiliate relationship. The third party’s own policy governs its collection and use.
15. Legal disclaimer
Melbet is not responsible for events beyond its direct control or for the security practices of external websites. Communications channels cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure, and information transmitted through them is sent at the user’s risk.
The policy disclaims responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for direct or indirect harm caused by unlawful access to or theft of personal information.
16. Consent to this policy
Using Melbet services signifies voluntary agreement to this policy and authorizes collection, processing and storage as described. The policy must be read together with applicable service terms and any additional terms published on Melbet platforms.
Updates take effect when published. Continued service use after an update signifies acceptance. Users should revisit the policy periodically.
17. Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing
Melbet applies measures intended to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activity. Suspected unlawful funds may be blocked and reported to competent authorities without notice where law permits or requires it.
- Users must comply with applicable AML and counter-terrorist-financing rules and confirm that deposited funds do not come from unlawful sources.
- Melbet may request identity, address and source-of-funds information and supporting documents, including a government-issued ID and recent proof of address.
- Initial and ongoing verification may include screening against official sanctions or terrorism-related lists and monitoring unusual activity.
- Records of identity information, verification methods and results may be retained, and additional or notarized documentation may be requested in appropriate cases.
